That office building that would take the place of "Jaguar Ugly", I wonder if it's either a high-rise (maybe 13 to 18 stories or more) or a mid-rise. Hmmm! ::)

Why all the doom and gloom? Hell, we're getting that new VW place and a new tire warehouse too. If we play by JTA's rules, we shoudl already qualify for at least a 10 floor "JACKSONVILLE TRACTION COMPANY BUILDING". Just imagine the offices we can build if we actually lay some track.

Look at LaVilla, they plan 10 - 15 story "POTATO CHIP TRUCK - THINKS IT A BUS Tower" JTA... Moving people, in house coffee machines and re-treds with restricted speeds  "Think rail and ride the bus..." sort of like "Think skyscraper and sleep in your tent..."
