Quick court question

Has anyone ever contested a  traffic citation in Duval court? I have a witness who is willing to give a notarized account of an accident I was in where I received the citation and the other driver did not. This account should free me from this citation and points. Do notarized statements hold up or would I actually need to bring the witness to court with me?

I know Judge Judy never, ever accepts notarized statements.

You need your witness in court... but if you want another notarized statement... I could probably get one for you... ;)
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

and don't forget to bring an additional $303 in case you don't get it overturned.  That's what they charge you these days to see the judge.   ::)
