Jacksonville is home to the most bizarre collection of arbitrary restaurant rules, I've never seen anything like it. Must be something in the water. Excuse the pun.

Unless I am mistaken, a bottle of cold water at the local Gate convenience/gas store costs as much (per ounce) as a gallon of gas. Going forward the next 50 years (and beyond), expect to pay for drinking  water everywhere you go.
