ahhh, it was on the coffee companies page!

Indeed. I should have been clearer. I found it googling the biscuit company, though.

A whole store just for biscuits?!?  That's a very limited product line for a whole store.  Isn't this better suited to the mall?

Now on the other hand if it's more along the lines of The Flying Biscuit that's a whole different story.  Then we'd be talking a wide selection of awesome food along with beer and wine.

Well, biscuits and reactionary coffee.

I asked Maple Street them the question on their Facebook page and got the following reply:

"Actually Adam, we are going to serve our own brand of coffee, roasted by a local roaster here in Jax. Thanks for your interest!! We want all the feedback we can get!"

So it looks like they won't be using Revolution Coffee, unless Revolution Coffee are roasting the coffee for them.

^ Just took a look at your question and their answer.

Looks like they dodged your question. They said "we'll have our own brand roasted by a local supplier"....without expressly saying they won't be using Revolution Coffee....for all we know, as Adam pointed out, the coffee still may be roasted by Revolution.

Perhaps you should wait for them to open, before arbitrarily deciding not to patronize them?
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

funwithteeth

ben says is basically being reactionary but on the other end of the political spectrum.

The opposite of reactionary is radical.

I know. Pretty much all the antonyms for "reactionary" don't quite have the negative connotation I'd like. If only "leftist-reactionary" were a thing.

I am waiting for them to open.

I haven't decided not to patronize them.

I will 100% try them.

But, yeah, I have a problem with such an unnecessarily political move. There are other good roasters in town. Roasters that don't alienate their clientele with stupid slogans and links to "why I refused a Joe Biden photo-op"...

I totally agree.
