Jax Truckies will donate $100 to Second Harvest if voted 'Best thing to happen in Jax in 2012'.  $100 provides a backpack to a child in school that will feed them on non-school days (weekends and school breaks) for an entire school year.

I voted in about 40 categories.  For some I put my number 1 favorite, but in others I just kept it to a local business when there was no standalone favorite IMO.
