Not at all... but it may be a "crime" in the modern Republican Party of Florida!

It doesn't seem to be a crime for the Republican party in the case of Jennifer Carroll.  She just accuses her accuser of being an Obama supporter, and that's enough for her to rally the troops to her defense.
