New Development in Park & King area

I honestly don't know how this place keeps going.  I have given up on them.  For the past few months we have called to put in an order and they are always out of something so we go somewhere else.  Sad to say we don't give them our business anymore.  They had great food when they actually had it.

We gave them four opportunities...each time they came up short.  Now we don't even consider them.  And we really wanted to support a local/neighborhood BBQ place.

The first time I went in was really good. The law of diminishing returns kicked in after that.

Anybody know of any retail/dining/housing planned for the Park & King area?  There seems to be a good bit of activity around there.

There's a development in the works called Riverside Court.  However, I don't know if it's been delayed by the change in the housing market.

Has anyone been to that restaurant yet?  Is it any good?  Good beer selection?

That place fleeces you on beer prices.  Also, if they consider that a biergarten then I have a couple of bridges to sell you.
