What is Jax 2008 plan,, What is up with Better Jacksonville plan???

Hi Everybody,

I am new to this website and to Jacksonville. I am from Rotterdam the Netherlands and very familiary with upgrading existing cities (http://www.skyscrapercity.info/300.php?id=1) Rotterdam is very similar to Jax in the fact that it has a big river run through it and it one of the biggest ports in Europe. The city itself is also home to only 600,000 people.

I am always interested in supporting a better living environment in the city I live in and I see lots and lots of opportunites here in Jax. I would like to ask you the following questions:

1. What are the plans for 2008; the better Jacksonville plan?
2. How do you think we can make Jax more attractive to new businesses?
3. Do you think there is a way we can persuade VW to think about movig there assembly plant to Jax instead of SC or GA??
