The Salty Fig has posted on Facebook that their debut will be tomorrow at lunch time, from 11-2.

Monday 7/9 - Tomorrow is our debut in the Food Truck...We will be at 2502 Oak Street in Riverside from 11-2...One block from St. Vincents Hospital...If you are in the area stop by for lunch!

Here is their posted menu, but they said that they will also have a special based on what they purchase at the Farmer's Market today.
