So, how do you get Jacksonville residents to do stuff? 

I've been noticing the vast majority of people who live here seem to believe there is some magical hidden force that makes beautiful buildings, perfectly landscaped parks, and wonderful transportation infrastructure appear out of nowhere.  This is better known as "THEY are planning something big" in most parts of town.
