Mars One - Colonization of Mars

With all the postings of 3D printing lately, there is no doubt that this tech would/should be utilized in the colonization of Mars or the Moon.

It would be even more amazing if these printers could be built in such a way that they could utilize local materials to build necessary components ahead of time for the space pilgrims to put together when they arrive.
