I thought it was a fantastic interview.  Do you mean that you won't do any more on camera interviews?  Or that you want to stay as still as a statue in the next one?

Ditto Ennis, I got seasick watching myself...  maybe it's the voices in my head that were injected in that LONG AGO Canned Heat Concert! Funny thing is on the other interview, there was no movement. weird. I agree, next time, and there will be Lots of next times boys and girls, we'll prefab some more pointed responses to such questions.

We also want to thank the hosts on both shows, they treated us very nicely.

The high point of the morning for both Ennis and myself was back stage at FCN, where another group of guys that were up for an interview were all Battle Of Midway Veterans! We met a PBY patrol plane crew member, a Marine stationed on Midway Island itself and other Navy Men. We had crew members from the Lexington (sunk in the Battle of the Coral Sea) who then transferred to the Yorktown, (Damaged in the Battle of Midway, and torpedoed and sunk by a IJN Submarine after the battle). The USS Hammann was alongside the Yorktown when she was torpedoed giving aid for wounded and fighting fires, the Japanese torpedo spread went right through her, blowing her to atoms. She sunk in a matter of minutes. What a rare treat to get to pick the memories of such heroes.

Congrats to you both for getting this far! The interview is GREAT and an excellent way for people to get familiar with you guys beside MetroJacksonville and other places.

Thanks.  I just did 30 minute interview talking about everything from the book and Jacksonville history to my background and how Metro Jacksonville was formed for the First Amendment Television Show on Comcast Spotlight Channel 99.   I believe the show will air, at a minimum, every Thursday evening during June at 10:30 p.m. on Channel 99, Comcast Spotlight.   I made sure I didn't sit like a statue or slouch.
