Increasing congestion

Jacksonville ranks 2nd in the country in terms of increasing congestion from 2010-2011. Tampa is first. Note all major Florida cities are in the top ten. Interesting.

Ok i'm not crazy. I started another thread asking if my traffic woes were in my head or if it's actually getting worse.

It's nothing too bad, but it's little things like noticing how far I-95 backs up now compared to a decade ago.  How much slower it crawls during the peak times. Especially on 295 near the south-end.

I lived blissfully unaware of suburban traffic for 7 years in San Marco/Riverside, ahhh that was nice.

But dont worry SR 9B and the Outer Beltway will save Northeast Florida.
