Tent set up at Jax Terminal

I noticed when I came to work this morning a very large white tent set up behind the Prime Osborn near the FEC tracks between the Acosta Bridge and Moncrief Yard. Seems like I remember last year CSX or FEC had some sort of charity train excursion with a bunch of VIPs and picked them up right there at that location. Has anyone heard anything?
