In tonight's news: In the UK, Pizza Hut is introducing a hotdog-stuffed crust pizza with a mustard drizzle. Somewhere in the US - forget where, but should be Mississippi - Burger King is introducing a bacon sundae.

The cardiovascular surgeons, vegetarians and Vegans (vegetarians from the Planet Vega) must be unable to breathe for laughing so hard.

These things rival the deep fried butter I have heard about, and probably will end up served at the Heart Attack Cafe featured on Sunday Morning some month or years ago.

So, what is the most unhealthy dish the group has heard of?

Or maybe the KFC Double down (2 fried chicken pieces used in place of buns).

The most unhealthy thing I ate (for dinner, can't count deserts) has to be the monte cristo at kickbacks, site of mac and cheese. Oh man, it's good.

I say, if people want a bacon sunday, let them have it:)

The Monte Cristo at Bennigan's was always scary. I'd get through half and feel like I needed to take a shower.

Americans are getting fatter and fatter. And the UK is starting to play catch-up. I guess people should be able to eat what they want. On the other hand, we all end up footing the bill.

That pizza sounds scary. But if you read any of those articles they post on Yahoo from time to time, it's incredible the amount of saturated fat and calories that are in the food we eat at popular chains. I think The Cheesecake Factory holds the title for the worst.

In the race to get more of your money, the evil geniuses who work for these companies constantly have to dream up new ideas to give them an edge of the competition, whether it be a taco shell made from Doritos (yum!) or the Double-Down. Or a crazy-ass pizza with a hotdog in the crust. WTF?

If it didn't do well, they wouldn't sell it. They're only filling the demand. I'm all for choice. If someone is stupid enough to think eating crap everyday for 10 years won't give you health issues, then let Darwin do his work :)

Ah yeah, the Bennigans MC was pretty good too. The crap I used to eat in high school would probably kill me now - and I was much lighter too!

Wendy's Big Baconator.......... ;)

Yes!! Ha.

I am having a hard time wrapping my head around a pizza with a hot dog in the crust. Who comes up with this shit? And if Pizza Hut creates new pies per region how did the Brits scream "HOT DOG" to them? Fish and chips pizza lost its charm already?

Well see if you can wrap your head around what my Australia friends have been eating for years? http://www.kraftbrands.com/kraftvegemite/Pages/promotion-olympic.aspx

Its not the bacon and meat killing us and making the citizens FAT, its the amount of sugar in everything consumed. Sugar is in processed flour and all those cheap processed chips and soda kids drink. Neutralize the sugar, you will see less obesity.
And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton

Easily, no question, without a doubt, the best item on Kickbacks's menu and the best Monte Cristo I've ever had. But my wife and I have to split one or I'd eat the whole thing, and half of hers.

I stopped & ate at the heart Attack Grill in AZ a couple years ago and it was pretty awesome! While I was there one of the customers was weighed in at over 350lbs and his meal was comp'd - I asked the nurse / waitress what the rules were on that... she said as long as your over 350 you can eat free 7 days a week!

Jack-in-the-Box started the bacon milkshake a few months ago I tried one when I was up in St Louis and it was pretty weird. I heard Denny's used to make them too.

And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

Prepared to be impressed!! I have tried this!!! A friend of a friend lived in Australia for 6 months this last holiday season. When he returned home we all met up in Orlando for pizza and beer. He brought out this packet and said whoever tried it got another round. We all took one dip of a knife. Let me say, I have been all over the world and tried some pretty strange, disgusting, and awkwardly wonderful things; but this!!!!! This crap was the worst thing I have ever tasted!! It even trumps fish paste from SEA.

I feel like I am missing something. Is this food healthy and therefore an attempt to prevent heart attacks? Or the food is as bad as it gets therefore living up to it's name??

Jason

The latter.

For example, they use all natural 100% lard to deep fry everything....  YUM!!  :)
