Based on the 6m projection, I'll be sitting pretty.  Does anyone know a good dock builder?  I might as well be ahead of the game.

After this December, when the Mayans are vindicated, none of this will really matter.

I would imagine most of our houses are off grade on piers or footer walls already, all you gotta do is keep jacking it up.  Then you have a sweet fishing shack vacation home.  Sounds like this is a win-win to me.

Yawn. In the 1970s, scientists swore we were entering a new ice age. Didn't happen.

Yes hell they did. I distinctly remember taking classes at UF scarily warning about the looming global freeze. And those peer-reviewed articles (or the lack thereof from the 1970s)? That was before these dumb-asses packed the academy and generated pablum by gaming the peer-reviewed journal world. Now, these publications have exploded -- far more exist than did in the 1970s and they tend to groupthink.

It's an obvious sham, with incentives to keep lying to us as long as the federal government keeps paying for it.

It's all bogus.

Stephen, here's one thing you can count on:

The "climate denying" dipshits who post on here are way more informed than the expert from NASA who spent the bulk of his professional life examining the actual data.

Ya know, when the Department of Defense starts recognizing global climate change as a threat to national security you'd think these other idiots would start to see the light. NOPE.

Scientists were not predicting doom in the 70s, and the research then and now is legitimate.

Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
