I have seen this news bit already and I was amazed by how much though they actually put to it.  I mean, it is not everyday that you see a cloaked vehicle roaming around. Though not totally invisible. I wonder how this would keep up when used on a normal daily drive.

There sure are hazards that this would pose and I mean that in a very realistic world view.  From being driven over by a car from behind to basically not being noticed as you drive along.
