John Mica Takes on Rail Workers, Strips Minimum Wage and Overtime Protections

Mica recently introduced legislation (called a 'technical correction') to modify the 'Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938' (FLSA) that would strip American workers of 'pay protections' which would include minimum wage and overtime protection. 

Mica's 'technical correction' is under the heading of Provision 6602 within the FLSA and specifically targets rail workers at the moment.
