Gene's Seafood next to Strike Zone

Does anyone know what is going on with Gene's Seafood on Beach Blvd. next to Strike Zone? It appears to be closed - paper sign on door "space available"? Poor fish are still swimming around in the tank......hope someone is taking care of them.......

I drive by there a few times a week. It looked like it closed a few weeks ago.
