well two things come to mind

1. St. Johns is #1 and Clay is #13
2. Very few of the big city school districts do well (although we are worst)
          Broward - 26
          Orange - 34
          Dade - 37 (btw, shouldn't this be Miami-Dade...way to be educated DOE)
          Hillsborough - 38
          Pinellas - 49
          Duval - 50
