They ought to be able to clear this up. This is one of those things where the real damage is to your reputation. It's (hopefully) nowhere near as serious as their issues a few years ago, which were really overblown anyway, IMHO.

Unfortunately  this is still about the last thing they need.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Just more stuff on Nat glovers plate. He has a task on his hands with that school.

It kind of shows that the college isn't managed as well as it should. The somewhat "cavalier" statement about this being just a paperwork issue may reflect this. In particular the institutional effectiveness part has been emphasized a lot in the last years, and they should have been ready for it. The Faculty" issue may be an indication of insufficient funds to higher qualified faculty.

A "warning" is the lesser sanction with "probation" being the only other sanction. I believe a couple years ago, they were on probation.

Luckily the majority of the issues that plague them in the past is what glover is now working to correct since he is president. Hopefully he can get this school on the right track. Regardless of what people think about the school, it holds alot of history and it would be horriable to see them go under. Being the oldest HBCU in florida is something to proud of and they  need to take more pride in the school and how it is ran.

I wonder about a "hidden" fundamental cause of the problems encountered occasionally at the college.  I'm not familiar with the college, but it seems probable that there is a continual "problem" which persists, perhaps subsiding, then surfacing again.  Being a private college, I wonder what funding they must rely upon?  It must be a similar situation to that of JU.  I assume that UNF and FSCJ get most of their funds from the state, and perhaps the federal gov.

In any case, if it is a funding problem, then they might have difficulty hiring and keeping highly qualified and motivated professors and admin people; a condition which might cause low morale and an overall quality problem.
