Supreme Court Nominations

So the next president may have the opportunity to make several nominations to the Supreme Court.  Wish they'd talk about that...until then, the question I have is "Do you think the Supreme Court tends to be too conservative or too liberal in its decisions, or is it generally balanced in its decisions?"
