MOAR BOOKSTORES! More places for people to come in, look around, then go home to buy the books online for cheaper!

Maybe retail isn't the first action item to solve the problem of getting more things to do in one's neighborhood.

The medical community is finding striking correlations between the use of ipads, nooks, and Kindles, especially Kindles, and cancers of the hands and wrists.  They suspect that it has something to do with an unforeseen, odd transmission of electromagnetic energies emerging from the interfaces between the batteries and the circuitry within the units.

Therefore, until solid scientific and medical testing is accomplished,  I recommend that all of you read only paper books; an action that would support your health, and your local economy.

You gotta be kidding me?

A leninist longing for a corporate bookstore? WTF.

And FWIW, Chamblins off Roosevelt is 10,000 times better than a Borders, they have a far better selection. Actually if I had to guess, I think Ron Probably has a much better selection than the library.
Absolutely true...
Chamblins is amazing ; it's the best bookstore ive been to !
Really i was tired ; you can disregard this post.
I'm a leninist in the sense of his dream - equality of money. Maybe I'm a marxist if that's what I believe
The tSMR has the Avondale Line with the A B & C, leading to the Acosta station (last stop from YMCA station). The Acosta Station begins the Metro line with the D E & F. Transfers available at the Acosta station.
"Next stop... Park Street - Boone Park."
