Hello everyone. :)  My name is Rochelle.  I just joined today.  A little about myself:   I have been living in Jacksonville, Fl over 40 years.  I graduated from University of North Florida back in 1980.  Went to work at a half-way house for women, with the Dept. of Corrections, two weeks after graduating. I retired from 1998 when they privatized.

I have enjoyed the posts.  Especially the ones about JEA's Unfair Deposit Treatment. :'(
I certainly hope we form a Coalition and do something about that.

I am looking forward to a great adventure on this site.

Welcome aboard. Would you like to kayak Hogans Creek? Jail and detention center part of the tour. Bring your handcuffs.
