I still think Bortles starts atleast 3 games this year. If the team enters December at 3-9/4-8 there is no reason to keep starting Henne.

You're assuming that the problem would be Henne.

What do we gain by throwing in Bortles if the TEAM isn't winning?

Their plan is to sit Bortles until he's ready.  Our team at 4-8 in December doesn't make him any more ready to takes game snaps than if we're 8-4.

If we're 0-12, there's still no reason to put in Bortles, just for the sake of playing the rookie, IMO.

Yep I agree, they did that with BG.

You can see them lowering in panels right now:

Anyone else remember the original scoreboard?

Yep! I remember thinking the quality was atrocious back then. During day games they were so washed out and small you couldn't tell what was happening in the replays.... That's also back when you could bring milk jugs full of pennies hahaha

The yellow box in the middle is the size of the actual video portion.

Wouldn't it be even smaller? The middle part wasn't any kind of video screen until the more recent scoreboard was installed as part of the Super Bowl renovations.

^ the yellow portion is the size of the old video board. The original video boards posted above were 2 seperate square screens. The white part in the middle was a billboard. That entire framework will be screen real estate unlike the previous 2 scoreboards. Just to put things into perspective the Texans currently have the largest, but they only have 1 board... We'll have 2.... http://cdn0.sbnation.com/imported_assets/1428497/jb1Y44EAg5PLfe.jpg

Misunderstood what you were looking for.

With all of the seats they ripped out I wonder what they are going to do for Fl/Ga?

They still have the ability to add temporary seats for FL/GA so the stadium will have about the same capacity for that game as it always did.

They'll still be able to expand the south endzone. They've also added on field seating, seats along the railing that include wait service and the cabanas / north endzone will allow for additional seating. If you've been to the game within the last 5-10 years they really don't need the amount of seating they used to have.

What is that cost? and it will have to be the same capacity

Cabanas & pools for the jags games are full service and price includes food / alcohol. $200 per ticket. I'm sure for FL/GA it'll be $150-200
