I read PK this morning as I do every monday, and just a word of caution - vigilance.

I know how bent we all get when the Jags are 'hated on' or not mentioned or just plain lied about, and though we had 2 1/2 good mentions in MMQB this morning, don't let your guards down, there will be more misinformation and bashing than there will be praise.

The really sad part will be once everyone starts realizing how good we really might be, all it will take is one bad game before it all comes crashing down.  Gabbert's a bust.  We can't win without MJD.  Kahn is meddling. etc. etc. etc.

So enjoy reading some articles and not wanting to throw the monitor through the window, but as my mafia family taught me, keep your friends close and your enemies closer.  PK isn't a friend of ours.

I agree. Those guys will turn on us in a minute. I actually found some articles that were still trying to find fault in our performance Friday ( it was on Bleacher report but still...LOL) I think Ive gotten beyond what the "media" has to say about us. Im ready to go out there and win.

Nothing but a huge positive as far as I'm concerned.

Should be fantastic for boosting the popularity of a franchise that is routinely at the bottom of the popularity rankings, and should also do a lot for international awareness of Jacksonville.

It should also take a little bit of pressure off of a market that, due to its limited size, really has to stretch to fill the stadium a game or two each year.

Khan is a smart man.

Winning will solve all the Jags problems.  From local business support to tickets to media coverage, if they can just manage to win all those things fall into place.

Maybe he'll arrange some direct flights from JIA as well...

"Hey babe, me and the guys are thinking about a road trip next year to one of the Jag's games.  We got together and figured we'd ask one more time if ya'll want to tag along"

"Oooh, What's the name of that team in California?  Uhhhh, the one's with the really cute, powder blue uniforms..."

"The Chargers.  Yeah, no.  We'll probably be playing the Patriots, you know, the team up in Boston, probably in late November, Decemberish."

"Yeah, no.  You guys have a fun time, sitting in the snow watching you guys act like idiots sounds good and all, but I think I'll stay home."

"Probably for the best sweetie."  [SCORE!]

Expanding the brand.. Its time for this franchise to come out of seclusion. Im ready to watch the big cats play across the water!

Cool... I've got a passport. Never been to jolly old England.
By the way, the away game that I'll be attending this year will be against the Vikings. First game of the season and I'm starting to get  pretty excited after watching Gabbert's pre-season so far. Any tips about Minneapolis? Message me.

I believe it's through 2016, but don't quote me and no I'm not looking it up.   ;D

Jags vs. Steelers in Ireland would be epic! Although I'm positive the exchange with my wife would be the direct opposite of NRW's.

Me: "Babe, so the guys & I are looking into tickets for the Jags game in Ireland.
Wife: "Oh isn't that the country full of Gerard Butler ala P.S. I Love You"
Me: ummm
Wife: "furiously types on laptop....Tickets Purcahsed!"
And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

Well if they do play in London this is great news for me since I just signed a two year contract to work in Landstuhl, Germany. What a great opportunity for the franchise if this happens.

Why does this have to be a home game for both teams?  Why can't it be an away game?
