TealTown Downtown Block Party

So I'm sure you guys know that the city and the Jaguars are having a block party celebration tomorrow to celebrate the start of the Jaguars' season. I was just thinking it would be really cool if this could be at least a once a month thing. The city definitely wouldn't be hurting any businesses by blocking off Bay Street from cars anytime after 5pm. Maybe something for the last Friday of every month...?
