Should Rick Scott Kill The Outer Beltway?

Look at back in the day when JTB was being planned. People thought it was crazy. It was one of those "roads to nowhere." Now look at it. You have to looks 20, 30 and 50 years out. Growth, especially in places like Florida/Jacksonville, is going to happen.

"Back in the day" the Commodore Point Freeway was supposed to run out to the beaches from the Hart Bridge.  The expected growth in Hart Bridge traffic has never occurred.
