A Jacksonville Transportation Authority bus driver was arrested Monday morning after police had to use spike strips to stop the shuttle bus he was driving, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

According to an arrest report, Leo Higgenbotham got into a dispute with his supervisor and drove off in the community shuttle bus. There were no passengers on board.
