What Happened to Cafe 331?

Yesterday I rode by Cafe 331 and noticed it was closed down and a signage on the windows saying space available. What happened? The Sinclair shut down too. That two night spots gone in less than a year. If this keeps up the night life downtown will die definitely!

It closed about two weeks ago. It's one of several recent small business closing near the AT&T Tower.
