Can you have a small standard production line with a restaurant attached to it?

yea, that's one way to get around it. Brewery in the back, restaurant in the front. We could call it Mullet's... ;)

They would have to be two separate business and the restaurant would have to purchase the beer just like any other.

I haven't been to Seven Bridges in quite sometime but will certainly give them a shot next time I'm in the area.

Actually I like Mullet's - in this city, a place with a name like that should do well.

In any event, we got a tour of the Old Library, and it has some pretty cool spaces.  They are at least a year from occupancy in my estimation, but it would be a cool place.  On the ground floor (Forsyth Level), they have some spots with old maintenance pits where there is 15 foot clearance to the ceiling.
