A restaurant with good Perch & Salmon

MJ I need your help.

My Girlfriend who stays in Charlotte, NC is coming for Labor Day, and I wanted to know if you all know any good places to get Perch & Salmon from? Trying to impresses her with more eats, to get her to move to here :-)

 Well since no one else has any ideas I'll chime in. I don't have a clue about perch, it seems to me the fall is the time to catch them so finding them fresh may take some calling around. I would suggest Whitey's Fish Camp. Salmon on the other hand is everywhere but chances are good it was raised in a pond somewhere hundreds of miles away at best and frozen for it's trip south. I would suggest some of our local options for consideration. Check out Trents in old Yukon (off 17.) A NC girl will know good seafood and appreciate a comfortable atmosphere.

You can buy some of mine!!!  ;D  Just came back from Vancouver on Friday with about 20 lbs!
