Exploring The Beaches Town Center

I'm not sure if its occupying the exact same space, but there now sits "Happy Cup" Frozen Yogurt Bar on the left of Ragtime. The Bookmark's address was 299 Atlantic, while happy cup's is 299-2.

Happy Cup is on the corner of East Coast, to the left of Bio-Max. The empty space where the Bookmark once resided is to the right of Bio-Max

Does anyone know what (if anything) is going on with the space formerly occupied by The Bookmark, next to Ragtime?

That's M Shack.  Matthew Medure's new fast-casual natural food venue featuring healthier versions of hamburgers, shakes, etc(think The Loop with all natural ingredients).  The build out started a few months ago.
