There's an article from the Phoenix Business Journal that talks a bit about them:

Evidently they're an industry organization that manages outsourcing and offshoring "solutions" for different companies that provide the logistics for such moves. At any rate, they're bringing ten new jobs that aren't here now.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Atlanta already has that title, aren't they Empire or Little Apple of the south.  Maybe we can be The Chicago of the south.
