What is the deal with the last 10 districts?

good question... this is too much like the Gore-Bush 2000 election

At least this one is actually about overall popular vote, but recount fun is ahead for sure.

After looking at the number closely and my prediction for the LAST 4 precincts. Two are in Brown Favor. One is in Hogan Favor, and the last one is 50/50.

Not so sure. Hogan will get the Mullaney votes... Moran's are up for grabs.
