If you really want to design a Springfield logo, I would suggest you don't rely solely on info from an internet message board.

Go talk to SPAR, SAMBA, SHEC, Sustainable Springfield and individuals who are plugged into Springfield and its history.

and Preservation SOS...they're just as plugged into the neighborhood
