Just curious about what is going on currently at the Shipyards proeprty?  I know the City has taken over ownership again and when I drove by yesterday, I saw some clean up being done.  I know the fences were taken down not to long ago and yesterday it looked like a couple tractors were cleaning up the grounds.  There were also workers there repaving about a 100ft section of the sidewalk across from Maxwell Hosue.  I know the idea has been tossed around to make it a public green space for immediate use until development comes in.  I'm curious about the actual work being done now.  Has the city allocated some funds to getting this space ready?  I can only assume somebody is paying for the current clean up and repaving, but I have not read anything specific about it.
