Not surprised here.  The FCMA is tied very closely with port officials and the port in general, and many if not all of the people at JPA have already supported Mullaney.

I guess Mullaney will be the best candidate for expanding our port...

maybe, maybe not...I would suggest all the endorsemnts show is who is closest with port officials
