Party Zone in Jax Beach?

Coming from someone who spends the majority of my time in the core and the surrounding urban neighborhoods, the beach nightlife scene is much more vibrant(but less diverse and a less mature crowd) than the nightlife in the core. 

I always recommend that if you live in Jacksonville in your 20's, you really should spend at least a year living at the beach.  Your Jax experience wouldn't be complete without living on the other side of the ditch, IMO.

Absolutely. Living at the beach for a year is a must. Preferably either a tiny apartment or a rickety rental home, though those seem to be vanishing and replaced by much larger and more expensive modern homes...
