Best areas in Riverside Avondale?

I rented for 2 years near Five Points before buying my house in the King Street District, and I feel you can't go wrong with either area.

Being close to Publix is a definite convenience, but the Walgreens at Park and King comes through for most things in a pinch.

As far as night life, I find King Street and the Brewing District more to my liking, and when it comes to walkability, walking home from the bars is top on my list.
