As you know, this weekend’s game against the Indianapolis Colts will determine whether the Jaguars go to the playoffs.  Team Teal is partnering with the Jaguars Booster Club in a “Team Send-off Celebration” this weekend to encourage our team and show our support.   Please see details below:

Date:    December 18, 2010

Time:    10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Place:   EverBank Field, next to the Jaguar statue outside the West Touchdown Club

Help make the “12th Man’s” presence felt. Show Up and Show Off Your Teal Pride!

This is your chance to wear your teal, see your favorite Jaguars players up close, show your support and wish the players, coaches and support staff well as they hit the road towards the playoffs!  Come and enjoy the great camaraderie of other Jaguars fans. Come early, bring your lawn chairs and noisemakers, but most importantly bring your ENTHUSIASM.
Beverages and snacks will be available for a donation through the Jaguars Boosters Club. Free parking available in Lot M.

Please note: This is NOT an autograph opportunity, just a chance to show your support!

hahaha that is actually something I told someone. Seriously, we are a very blessed city. And one of our blessing was an NFL football. The man upstairs will work it all out.

There has been talk about him running in the future.  He certainly has been very active in the Mullaney Campaign.

I wish it was the near future (hence 2011? LOL) That guy has so much passion and love for this city and the team. I can only see him doing nothing but right if he was in office. And Im sure he would win hands down if he ran. Speaking of passion, the only other player I see have that much love and commitment is Mojo. After wacthing that special on ESPN about him, I understand why he is so serious and passionate about his team. Him getting drafted to the Jags and becoming a NFL star was destin for him. I think had he been drafted to one of the "elite" teams, he would be overshadowed by the other teams "stars". IMO, this team gave him the exposure that he deserved. And we do love and appreciate at him. Im sure he tears up everytime he hears, " Drewww-vaallllll"  ;D

There's that...and the fact that he's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed.  One more note, the Jaguars should be very careful about his mixing right wing politics with his role as Jaguar ambassador.  There are still a few Democrats left in Duval and many of them are Jag supporters.  BTW, there are more registered Dems than repubicans in Duval... even in 2010.

Not being the sharpest tool in the shed has not stopped others in the past.

His right wing politics??? Please elaborate....

I like Tony B! He really supports the city that drafted him & he only played like 6 seasons. Wish # 82 Would come out more....unless he moved away.
