Gluten free...

Does anyone know of any (preferably locally owned) gluten free lunch spots? I looked online at PF Changs, Mellow Mushroom and Sweet Tomatoes.  I have been told PF Changs is not very good for gluten free because all they do is serve their regular dishes without sauces. It seems like they just reverse engineer their menu to say they have gluten free options as opposed to creating dishes with being gluten free in mind. So, any suggestions??? Anyone???

Carabas and Omaha Steakhouse are good for chains.
