Dead Body Found in Hogan's Creek in Springfield

That's not exactly true, as there are circumstances in which the person may well have fallen in and was injured, and/or they could have been too intoxicated to and basically passed out. People have been so intoxicated that they've died face down in their own vomit, so..without knowing all of the circumstances one can't say that only those bodies found face up were accidental.

You missed my sarcasm aimed at the City for it's stellar maintenance and development of these historic parks. IMO, even the DEAD with any common sense would roll over if found face down in Hogan's Creek. It's a hell of a way to treat a waterway that once saved the city.

The creek is now a crime scene.  The Dive Team (logically) are the ones who are trained and equipped for waterborn forensic investigations and proper protocol for recovery of a victim from water.
