I don't see any people. Were these taken on a Sunday morning?

Yeah, that looks about like downtown Jax on most weekend days. *crickets*

I wonder what the Kansas, City Missouri side is like?

To mention the Kansas side of KC without mentioning Overland Park, (KCs version of Ponte Vedra on steroids) is just a bit off the mark.

I don't know the facts, but when I visited recently, more than one local boasted that it was the wealthiest county (Johnson) in the nation.

It was suggested that this was due to tax flight. MO has a state income tax while KS does not.

^Only doing downtown.  Sort of like discussing or touring DT Jax without mentioning Ponte Vedra.

Kansas City, Missouri is a lot nicer than KC, KS.  KC, KS is the industrial part of KC.
Thinking about moving to Downtown.  Soon to be divorced, tired of yard work and want to live closer to Jags games and everything that Jax has to offer.

This does look MUCH worse than downtown Jacksonville!  Thanks for reminding us how much worse things could be!
