Anyone seen a ghost?

I know there are lots of ghost stories in Saint Augustine, but does anyone know of a house in Jacksonville that is said to be haunted? If so, I'm going to write an article for my blog about it. Don't everyone bombard me with every house in Springfield - I need something that is at least somewhat substantiated, by which I mean, more than one person can testify to the weird happenings and what-not.
