Yeah, they appear to be Foxtail's, which really only should be planted as far north as southern Brevard County.

As a musician, this will really whet my appetite. Once, and if, COVID calms down after it is built, THIS is one of the places I will frequent from time to time. Awesome renderings for such an old building.
Glad to see the renovations and facade improvements here regardless of what goes in the space.
How loud will this be? It's about 60 feet from the residential units at Churchwell Lofts.
