San Marco is great. There are many exciting developments going on right now in that area. The addition of a rail stop would be outstanding. We need some progressive thinking people in the government of this city.

If we could entice Atlanta's mayor, the honorable Shirley Franklin to move here and take over, we'd be soooooo much better off. Don't get me wrong, Mayor Peyton is ok, but he can do better and we deserve better, considering we the what, 12th largest city in America?!

SOMEONE PLEASE THINK OF THE SUCCESS IN San Marco and realize that its part of downtown There is nothing that San Marco feels like, tastes like, looks like, smells like, that isn't what downtown is hoping for

The biggest differences between downtown and San Marco is the overabundance of law offices Downtown that make downtown dead and the failed corporate welfare downtown that overinflates property value by investors waiting for more corporare welfare.

Shirley Franklin maybe a good move.  However, Mayor Peyton is OK?  Not even close.  He is a saboteur.

QuotePeyton is OK? He is a saboteur.

Oh please, Peyton is NOT a saboteur...

Don't you know that he is fighting for our Better Jacksonville Plan, trying to find every nickle to build that Court House. Taking care of our new born babys by purchasing reading material for them. Keeping our budget solvent by attaching fees to suppliment the funds. Why he even thought up the idea of a Light Rail System. The Mayor is our friend, our protector, only looking out for that bottom line...

HIS OWN!

San Marco? Just add Skyway and Streetcar's and watch her bloom!
