Urban Neighborhoods: Exploring Panama Park

I came back from dropping a friend off off of Buffalo just now to see this thread.  Panama Park/North Shore has great housing and yeah, the pricing is excellent.  And aside from the occasional profiling by authorities, I don't see any more problems than I do where I'm at now (off 8th).

I noticed the tarps on the school earlier today.  Is there more info on what they're doing to the building?

I suppose your neighborhood is completely free from violence and drug use?  Do you leave your doors unlocked?  Pretty much everyone here does.
