Former Passenger Rail Station to Reopen

Well if Savannah and a Podunk place like Jessup can upgrade their stations............why can't Jacksonville? I can understand all about the economics dictating just what is done and where but WTF? You prune any service to a bare minimun and then wonder why it does not flourish? Common sense would say..........why the heck could we not have that kind of service! If you build it, they will come and since track is already in place and just a matter of scheduling plus engines and car's there is a possibility......so I would have to ask why not?
