ScanDesign only sells furniture (higher-end), correct? Whereas Ikea pretty much sells everything for the household, including appliances, lighting, fabrics, kitchen cabinets and of course European designed afforable furniture.

So I don't think you can really compare the two at all...

I would rather have water quality that could sustain more live fish than an aquarium.

I totally agree. It's funny that Jax has tons of natural aquatic beauty but yet some probably would be more satisified with artificial things like an aquarium. Scubadive if you(aquarium lovers) wanna see fish swim around; Not that I would scuba dive; Brothas don't scuba dive! LOL.

I always thought that IKEA was higher end too; You're probably right, all I know is that those two styles of furniture look kinda similar to me.

I can't believe 'parking for the Landing' isn't on the list. :D

I'd add downtown to the list.  It has the potential to be a much better environment but its overrated in its current state.

I sense just a lil' rare sarcasm from you on that one Lake.

Publix Super Market....from a guys perspective....some of the men on here talk about grocery shopping like they are women lol. Service this service that...Just get what u want, pay for it and be on your way...stop crying about how Publix SERVES you.

Just get what you want?  I wish that it was that simple at Winn-Dixie.  Far too often, I want to run in and buy one item.  Well, that plan is shot to hell when I go to Winn-Dixie.  The line is fifteen people deep and there is only one register open.  Is that too much to ask for?  All of the other frills don't matter as long as I can make a quick run to the store without having to wait behind every food stamp customer, check writer and price check in the county...

Can we add drunk pot shots at great posters to the list??

If you were to make a serious list of over Mentioned items, I would say Serbia, Red Snapper, the $ky-High Way (not the skyway, I don't think that could get enough coverage), Louise Despain, and John Boy.

Jaxson what does food stamp customers hafta do with long lines? With EBT, you swipe the card just like anyone else with a check/debit cards; It's not the eighties with the old school "food stamp monopoly money" LOL. I knew that this was gonna lead to the Publix v. Winn-Dixie argument.

I dunno if I'm the "drunk", or the "great poster"; Either way, I'll take that as a compliment. LMAO!

Capt Z, I dunno much about fishing, but I heard a fisherman over the radio say that (taste-wise) Red snapper is overrated (like you mentioned), and triggerfish is underrated.

Is it time to revive the Moon River Pizza debate/debacle?

BridgeTroll

In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

I-10east ---> While you are right about the EBT innovation, you cannot fathom how long it can take to buy a loaf of bread (or make any other small purchase) at Winn-Dixie.  This venerable supermarket chain seems to be a magnet for some dysfunctional shoppers who have nothing better to do than stretch out their purchases.  I admit that I dated myself with the food stamp reference, but the massive lines at Winn-Dixie continue to this day.  I have sent complaint cards to the Winn-Dixie HQ, but have never gotten a reply.  Getting better...at what?

Any more sarcasm Stephen? You didn't agree with any of my overrateds? C'mon, surely you gotta believe that an old battleship docked DT that no one would visit is overrated. As for the fishing, I'm just responding to the peeps, not something that I brought up on my own.
